NC State Graduation Session | Elizabeth Beyer

Elizabeth had her college graduation session at NC State where she is graduating with honors in the engineering program.

Here is the crazy part…. I photographed this gorgeous girl FOUR years ago when she graduated from high school and now here she is, for her COLLEGE graduation photos. I cannot help but get nostalgic and thankful for these clients of mine. Just look how cute she was back then (photography has come a long way in four years ha!)

When we got together for her consult, she explained to me what she wanted to capture. We did something a tad not traditional by starting her session in downtown Raleigh. She sported the CUTEST jumpsuit from Lulus in a garnet color to match her garnet graduation ring (NC state = red, of course). It was cool to see since my birthstone is garnet!

After running around in the warehouse district of Raleigh, we moved to campus where we shot near the bell tower, main quad, and the wolves/talley student center! We used biodegradable confetti, champagne, and her hat that her dad took so much time to make for her. Her second dress is also from Lulus online. I was so obsessed with the white textured dress that I had her stand in the dogwood flowers without her cap n gown just for fun. I think you will agree when you scroll down that that was the best decision.
